TGF beta 1/TGFB1 蛋白, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi)

TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein is initially identified as a growth factor that induces the growth of rodent fibroblasts. TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein inhibits the cell cycle in the G1 phase. TGF beta 1/TGFB1 is an endogenous factor controlling apoptosis in normal and pathological tissues. TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is a biotinylated recombinant protein (A279-S390) produced by HEK293 cells with Avi tag^[1][2].

TGF beta 1/TGFB1 蛋白（转化生长因子 beta 1）是一种多功能细胞因子，几乎由所有细胞合成。TGF beta 1/TGFB1 蛋白具有很强的与 TGFbRII^[3] 结合的能力。

TGF-β1 (0.2 ng/mL) significantly and maximally inhibits the growth of MLE cells^[6].
TGF–β1 (5 ng/ml) results in a significant increase in the protein and mRNA levels of IL-6 in HTM cells^[7].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
