Tissue Factor 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

Tissue Factor Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant human CD142 expressed in HEK 293 cells with a His tag at the N-terminus. Coagulation Factor III/CD142 Protein is a principal regulator of oncogenic neoangiogenesis and controls therefore the cancerous process^[1][2].

组织因子 (TF)，也称为 CD142，是一种 47 kDa 跨膜糖蛋白，是致癌性新血管生成的主要调节因子，因此控制癌变过程。TF 是唯一的膜结合凝血因子（因子 III）、辅因子和凝血因子 VII (fVII)/激活的 fVII (fVIIa) 的表面受体。TF通常由多个肿瘤区室选择性表达，包括但不限于癌细胞、癌症干细胞和肿瘤血管内皮细胞，而其在正常细胞中负表达、最低限度或限制性表达。TF 调节肿瘤生长、胚胎和致癌血管形成、炎症和败血症^[1][2]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
