TL1A/TNFSF15 Protein, the receptor for TNFRSF25 and TNFRSF6B, activates NF-kappa-B and promotes caspase activation, leading to apoptosis. It also inhibits vascular endothelial growth and angiogenesis in vitro. Operating as a homotrimer, it plays a crucial role in diverse cellular processes, including immune response and apoptosis regulation. TL1A/TNFSF15 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TL1A/TNFSF15 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.
