TRAIL R2/TNFRSF10B Protein, Human (HEK293) is a cell surface receptor of the TNF-receptor superfamily that binds TRAIL and mediates apoptosis.

2. Measured by its ability to inhibit TRAIL-mediated cytotoxicity using A549 cells treated with TRAIL. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 43.96 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 2.275×10⁴ units/mg.
