TREML1 is a trigger receptor 1 expressed on myeloid cells that activates myeloid cells via the adaptor protein DAP12. TREML1 promotes microglial phagocytosis of Aβ and is associated with the immune response to AD. TREML1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, hFc) is the recombinant mouse-derived TREML1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of TREML1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, hFc) is 155 a.a., with molecular weight of 50-55 kDa.
