ACADM（medium-chain specific acyl-CoA dehydrogenase）是线粒体脂肪酸 β-氧化（mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation）第一步反应的关键酶之一，属于酰基辅酶 A 脱氢酶（acyl-CoA dehydrogenases）家族。它通过有氧催化将直链脂肪酰辅酶 A 硫酯（straight-chain fatty acyl-CoA thioester）的 C-2 和 C-3 位脱氢，生成反式-2-烯酰辅酶 A（trans-2-enoyl-CoA），同时将电子传递给电子转移黄素蛋白（electron transfer flavoprotein，ETF），最终通过 ETF-泛醌氧化还原酶（ETF-ubiquinone oxidoreductase）进入线粒体呼吸链。与其他酰基辅酶 A 脱氢酶不同，ACADM 特异性作用于饱和 6 至 12 碳长度的初级脂肪酰辅酶 A（by similar: PubMed:1970566，PubMed:21237683，PubMed:2251268，PubMed:8823175）。

  • Western blot analysis of extracts from K562 (lane 2(20μg)), A431 (lane 3(20μg)), Rat heart (lane 4(20μg)) and Mouse liver(lane 5(20μg)) using ACADM Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (beta Actin, HY-P83730, 1/5000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit/Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
