ARFGAP1 Antibody (YA4372) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b monoclonal antibody, targeting to ARFGAP1.
研究背景

ARFGAP1 是一种 GTPase 激活蛋白 (GAP)，作用于 ADP 核糖基化因子 1 (ARF1)。它参与膜运输和/或囊泡转运过程，通过促进 ARF1 结合的 GTP 水解，促使高尔基体来源的膜和囊泡上的包被蛋白解离，这是囊泡与靶区室融合的先决条件。ARFGAP1 可能通过与 KDELR 蛋白和 TMED2 的相互作用调控 ARF1 介导的运输。过表达 ARFGAP1 会导致整个高尔基复合体重新分布至内质网，类似于 ARF1 失活时的现象。其活性受磷酸肌醇刺激，并被磷脂酰胆碱抑制 (by similar)。
