Beta Actin Antibody is a non-conjugated and Rabbit origined IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Beta Actin. It can be used as a loading control antibody.

Beta Actin 是一种高度保守的蛋白质，能够聚合形成丝状结构，在细胞质中构建交联网络。它以单体形式（G-actin）和聚合形式（F-actin）存在，均参与细胞运动和收缩等关键功能。此外，G-actin 和 F-actin 也存在于细胞核内，调控基因转录、DNA 损伤修复等过程。Beta Actin 还参与 gamma-tubulin 环复合体（gTuRC）的组装，该复合体调控微管蛋白异二聚体（alpha-beta tubulin heterodimers）的负端成核，促进微管原丝（microtubule protafilaments）的生长。同时，它也是 ACTR1A/ACTB 丝状结构的一部分，该结构是 dynactin 复合体的支架（by similar）。Dynactin 多蛋白复合体通过激活分子马达 dynein，实现沿微管的超持续性运输（by similar）。

  Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Hela (lane 1, 15 μg), Jurkat (lane 2, 15 μg), RAW264.7 (lane 3, 15 μg), 3T3 (lane 4, 15 μg), and C6 (lane 5, 15 μg) using beta Actin Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:20000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80137, 1:80000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
