Cellular Apoptosis Susceptibility Antibody (YA2264) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Cellular Apoptosis Susceptibility.

Cellular Apoptosis Susceptibility (CAS) 是一种核输出受体，负责将 importin-alpha 从细胞核重新输出到细胞质。在细胞核中，CAS 与 importin-alpha 以及 GTP 结合形式的 Ran GTPase 协同结合，形成三聚体复合物，并通过与核孔复合体 (NPC) 中的 nucleoporins 结合锚定在核孔上。当核输出复合物转运至细胞质后，复合物解离并由 RANBP1 和 RANGAP1 分别介导 Ran-GTP 水解为 Ran-GDP，从而释放 importin-alpha。随后，CSE1L/XPO2 返回核区室，开启新一轮运输循环。该过程的定向性由 Ran 的 GTP 和 GDP 结合形式在细胞质与细胞核之间的不对称分布所决定。by similar: 该机制与其他核质转运受体（如 CRM1/XPO1）共享 Ran-GTP 依赖性调控和 NPC 锚定特性。

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from SW480 (lane 1, 15 μg), MOLT-4 (lane 2, 15 μg), Hela (lane 3, 15 μg), 293T (lane 4, 15 μg), and Ramos (lane 5, 15 μg) using Cellular Apoptosis Susceptibility Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:20000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
