研究背景

COL3A1 是 III 型胶原蛋白，存在于大多数软结缔组织中，通常与 I 型胶原蛋白共存。它在皮质发育调控中发挥作用，是发育中大脑内 ADGRG1 的主要配体。COL3A1 与 ADGRG1 结合后，会抑制神经元迁移，并通过将 ADGRG1 与 GNA13（可能还包括 GNA12）偶联来激活 RhoA 通路。
