DAP kinase 3 Antibody (YA3319) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to DAP kinase 3.

DAP kinase 3 是一种 serine/threonine kinase，参与调控 apoptosis 、autophagy 、transcription 、translation 以及 actin cytoskeleton reorganization。它参与平滑肌收缩的调控，根据细胞环境的不同，可调节 caspase-dependent 的 type I apoptotic 和 caspase-independent 的 type II autophagic cell death 信号通路。此外，它还参与 starvation-induced autophagy 的调控，并在平滑肌和非肌细胞中调节 myosin phosphorylation。在平滑肌中，DAP kinase 3 通过直接磷酸化 MYL12B 和 MYL9 或通过磷酸化 PPP1R12A 抑制 smooth muscle myosin phosphatase (SMPP1M) 来调节 myosin，从而增强肌肉对 Ca²⁺ 的敏感性并促进收缩状态。在非肌细胞中，它通过磷酸化 MYL12B 促进 actin cytoskeleton 重组。其 isoform 2 可磷酸化 myosin 、PPP1R12A 和 MYL12B，过表达会导致 actin stress fibers 凝聚成粗束。此外，DAP kinase 3 参与 actin filament focal adhesion dynamics，其功能受 RhoD 调节。它通过与 NLK 和 TCF7L2 相互作用，正向调控 canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling。在 interferon-gamma 激活时，它能磷酸化 RPL13A 的 Ser-77，导致 RPL13A 从核糖体释放并与 GAIT complex 结合，进而参与 transcript-selective translation inhibition。此外，DAP kinase 3 以激素和激酶依赖的方式增强 AR-responsive promoters 的转录，并参与细胞周期进程和细胞增殖的调控，可能具有 tumor suppressor 的功能。
