HBsAg Antibody (YA913) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgM monoclonal antibody, targeting to HBsAg.
研究背景

HBsAg 是乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV) 的大包膜蛋白，存在两种拓扑构象：外部构象 (Le-HBsAg) 和内部构象 (Li-HBsAg)。外部构象的蛋白通过与细胞受体结合介导病毒感染，决定病毒的种属特异性和肝脏趋向性，并主要通过 caveolin 介导的内吞作用诱导病毒内化，同时确保病毒膜与内体膜的融合。内部构象的蛋白则参与病毒形态发生，并像基质蛋白一样介导与核衣壳的接触。by similar 中包膜蛋白在病毒出芽过程中发挥重要作用，以不依赖核衣壳的方式诱导出芽，大部分包膜蛋白出芽形成直径为 22 nm 的不含核衣壳的亚病毒脂蛋白颗粒。
