IRG1 Antibody is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG polyclonal antibody, targeting to IRG1.
研究背景

IRG1 是一种 cis-aconitate decarboxylase，催化 itaconate 的生成并参与抑制炎症反应。它通过活性氧 (ROS) 在 LPS 耐受的巨噬细胞中刺激 TNFAIP3 表达，作为 Toll 样受体(TLRs) 介导的炎症先天反应的负调节因子。IRG1 还参与先天免疫细胞的抗菌反应，其介导的 itaconic acid 生成通过产生 itaconate 来烷基化蛋白质（如 TFEB），从而增强巨噬细胞的抗菌活性。在神经元中，IRG1 介导的 itaconate 生成会抑制琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性，产生一种代谢状态以抑制黄病毒感染后的病毒基因组复制（by similar）。此外，IRG1 在胚胎植入过程中也发挥作用（by similar）。
