描述	KGF Antibody (YA323) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to KGF.
研究背景	KGF：该基因编码的蛋白质是成纤维细胞生长因子 (FGF) 家族的成员。FGF 家族成员具有广泛的促有丝分裂和细胞存活活性，并参与多种生物过程，包括胚胎发育、细胞生长、形态发生、组织修复、肿瘤生长和侵袭。这种蛋白质是一种有效的上皮细胞特异性生长因子，其促有丝分裂活性主要表现在角质形成细胞中，但不表现在成纤维细胞和内皮细胞中。对该基因的小鼠和大鼠同系物的研究涉及上皮细胞形态发生、伤口再上皮化、毛发发育和早期肺器官发生的作用。[由 RefSeq 提供，2008 年 7 月]

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
