Mucin 1 Antibody (YA5526) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Mucin 1.
研究背景

CD227 是一种具有细胞黏附特性的蛋白质，其 alpha 亚基既可以作为黏附蛋白，也可以作为抗黏附蛋白发挥作用，可能在上皮细胞表面形成保护层，抵御细菌和酶的侵袭。beta 亚基包含一个 C 端结构域，参与细胞信号传导，通过磷酸化和蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用调控 ERK、SRC 和 NF-kappa-B 等信号通路。在活化的 T 细胞中，它直接或间接影响 Ras/MAPK 通路，促进肿瘤进展。此外，CD227 还调控 TP53 介导的转录，并在基因毒性应激反应中决定细胞命运。它与 KLF4 共同结合 TP53 的 PE21 启动子元件，抑制 TP53 活性。
