PGRMC1 Antibody (YA3488) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to PGRMC1.
研究背景

PGRMC1 是 progesterone-binding protein complex 的一个组分，能够结合 progesterone。它在细胞中具有多种功能，包括参与 heme homeostasis 以及与 CYPs 的相互作用。PGRMC1 是维持子宫组织结构和正常女性生殖寿命所必需的（by similar）。此外，它还作为 intracellular heme chaperone，通过与 FECH 相互作用调节 heme 合成，并作为某些 hemoproteins 的 heme 供体。PGRMC1 还能与 TMEM97 receptor 和 low density lipid receptor/LDLR 形成三元复合物，从而增强 LDLR 介导的 LDL lipoprotein 内化。
