Villin Antibody (YA3724) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Villin.
研究背景

VIL1 是一种上皮细胞特异性 Ca2+ 调节的 actin 修饰蛋白，可调节微绒毛 actin 细丝的重组。它在 actin 成核、actin 细丝束组装、actin 细丝封端和切断中发挥作用。该蛋白结合磷脂酰肌醇 4,5-二磷酸 (PIP2) 和溶血磷脂酸 (LPA)，且对 LPA 的结合亲和力高于 PIP2。结合 LPA 会增加其被 SRC 磷酸化并抑制所有 actin 修饰活性，而结合 PIP2 会抑制 actin 封端和切断活性但增强 actin 束活性。VIL1 调节肠上皮细胞形态、细胞侵袭、细胞迁移和凋亡，并在胃肠道上皮中抵抗由葡聚糖硫酸钠 (DSS) 诱导的凋亡，可能通过维持线粒体完整性来调控细胞死亡。此外，它增强肝细胞生长因子 (HGF) 诱导的上皮细胞运动性、趋化性和伤口修复。在感染 S.flexneri 时，其 actin 切断活性增强细菌的 actin 依赖性运动并促进传播。
