IL27RA  (白介素-27 受体 α)

IL-27R alpha (Interleukin 27 receptor alpha) 是 IL-27 受体的一个亚基,是一种具有广泛免疫功能的炎性细胞因子[1]。IL-27Rα 对 IL-27 具有特异性,主要在炎症细胞的细胞表面表达,包括 T、B 和 NK 淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞和肥大细胞,但在巨噬细胞、肝细胞、角质形成细胞和内皮细胞上表达较低。IL-27R α 可用作天然 IL-27 拮抗剂[1]。IL-27Rα (WSX-1) 和 gp130 组成 IL-27 受体信号复合物。IL-27 与其异二聚体受体复合物结合并在细胞内富集,导致 Janus 激酶,(JAK)/STAT-1 和 STAT-3 通路激活,进而抑制炎性细胞因子的表达。IL-27R α 可用作独立的预后 aGVHD 生物标志物[2]。IL-27/IL-27RA 信号通路可抑制 LPS 诱导的炎性细胞因子 IL-6 和 IL-8 的表达,导致 STAT1 和 STAT3 磷酸化[3]

IL-27R alpha (Interleukin 27 receptor alpha) is a subunit of the interleukin-27 receptor, an inflammatory cytokine that possesses extensive immunological functions[1]. IL-27Rα is specific for IL-27 and is primarily expressed on the cell surface of inflammatory cells, including T, B, and NK lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, and mast cells, although it is found at lower levels in macrophages, hepatocytes, keratinocytes, and endothelial cells. IL-27R alpha can be used as a natural IL-27 antagonist[1].IL-27Rα (WSX-1) and gp130 compose the IL-27 receptor-signaling complex. Binding of IL-27 to its heterodimeric receptor complex leads to the intracellular recruitment and activation of the Janus kinase (JAK)/STAT-1 and STAT-3 pathways, suppress the expression of inflammatory cytokines. IL-27R alpha can be used as a natural IL-27 antagonist[1]. IL-27R alpha can be used as an independent prognostic aGVHD biomarker[2]. IL-27/IL-27RA signaling can suppress the expression of inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 and IL-8, induced by LPS stimulation, leads to phosphorylation of STAT1 and STAT3[3].
