ADP-核糖精氨酸水解酶(ADPRH;ARH-1)属于 ADP-核糖基糖水解酶家族。ADPRH 裂解转移酶催化反应中产生的 α-ADP-核糖-精氨酸(蛋白质),以再生精氨酸-胍基。ADPRH 催化 ADP-核糖基化循环中蛋白质精氨酸残基中单 ADP-核糖的去除。ADPRH 对蛋白质中精氨酸的单 ADP 核糖基化的失调可影响细胞增殖和肿瘤发生。来自人类、大鼠和小鼠组织的 ADPRH cDNA 推导的氨基酸序列具有 82% 的相似性[1][2]
