MEC/CCL28 蛋白, Human (His)

MEC/CCL28 Protein, Human (His) is a CC chemokine that is present in almost all mucosal tissues and acts as a unifying immunostimulant on mucosal surfaces. CCL28 can bind to CCR3 and CCR10 to mediate immune responses, viral infections, cancer, and antimicrobial effects. MEC/CCL28 Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant human MEC/CCL28(I23-Y127) protein expressed by E. coli with a his tag at the N-terminus^[1][2].

CCL28 (human; 1 ng/mL, 48 h) has no effect on DSC growth, but promotes decidual stromal cells (DSCs) apoptosis, and blocking CCL28-CCR3/CCR1 signaling can inhibit CCL28-induced apoptosis^[3].
CCL28 (5, 2.5, 1.2 μg/mL, 2.5 h) can induce migration of IgA-secreting cells and IgA⁺ memory B cells from human H. pylori-infected tissues^[4].
