CD158d/KIR2DL4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant human CD158d expressed in HEK 293 cells with a His tag at the N-terminus. CD158d/KIR2DL4 Protein is an NK cell-activating receptor with inhibitory potential[1][2].

研究背景

KIR2DL4 是 KIR 家族中最独特的基因。KIR2DL4 由 D0 和 D2 Ig 样结构域组成(D0 是 KIR3D 亚家族的第一个 Ig 样结构域)。KIR2DL4 启动子与所有其他 KIR 基因有很大不同,并且两个等位基因基本上在所有活化的 NK 细胞中表达。KIR2DL4 仅在外周血 NK 细胞的 CD56bright 子集的表面上组成型表达。KIR2DL4 与 FcεRIγ 接头蛋白结合,但不与 DAP12 结合,并且在其胞质结构域中具有功能性 ITIM。尽管存在 ITIM,KIR2DL4 与 mAb 交联仍会诱导静息 NK 细胞产生 IFN-γ,并触发 IL-2 激活的 NK 细胞产生细胞毒性和 IFN-γ[1] [2]

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
