描述

CD97, a receptor crucial for leukocyte migration, participates in adhesion and signaling during early leukocyte activation. Forming a heterodimer with a large extracellular alpha subunit and a seven-transmembrane beta subunit, CD97 interacts with complement decay-accelerating factor (DAF).
