The EPOR Protein functions as a receptor for erythropoietin, mediating erythroblast proliferation and differentiation upon EPO stimulation. 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized EPOR (hFc Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Cynomolgus Erythropoietin-His, the EC₅₀ of Cynomolgus Erythropoietin-His is 4-20 ng/mL.
2. Measured by its ability to inhibit Epo-dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1-4 ng/mL in the presence of 0.1 U/mL Recombinant Human EPO.
