The GltI/YbeJ protein is a key component of the ABC transporter complex GltIJKL and is essential for active transport of glutamate and aspartate. As the solute-binding protein in the complex, GltI binds glutamate and aspartate. GltI/YbeJ Protein, E.coli (His-SUMO) is the recombinant E. coli-derived GltI/YbeJ protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, N-SUMO labeled tag. The total length of GltI/YbeJ Protein, E.coli (His-SUMO) is 280 a.a., with molecular weight of ~47.2 kDa.
