GNAO1 protein is a member of G proteins and plays a vital role in regulating or transducing signals in a variety of transmembrane signaling systems, but the specific function of G(o) proteins remains unclear. G proteins have three units—alpha, beta, and gamma—that mediate cellular responses. GNAO1 Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived GNAO1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
