Interleukin 23 receptor is a subunit of the receptor for IL23A/IL23. Interleukin 23 receptor associates constitutively with Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), and also binds to transcription activator STAT3 in a ligand-dependent manner. IL-23R Protein, Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived IL-23R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of IL-23R Protein, Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is 353 a.a., with molecular weight of ~64.9 kDa.
