IL-4R alpha/CD124 蛋白, Mouse (208a.a, HEK293, Fc)

IL-4R alpha is a subunit alpha shared by IL-4 and IL-13 receptors, found in leukocytes originally. IL-4R alpha couples to the JAK1/2/3-STAT6 pathway and involves in promoting Th2 differentiation. IL-4R alpha/CD124, Mouse consists of 810 amino acids (M1-S810), exerts IL-4 binding function and results the phosphorylation of C-terminal tyrosine residues. IL-4R alpha/CD124, Mouse has an immunoreceptor tyrosine inhibitor motif (ITIM) (707-712 a.a), which can bind to the SH2 domain of some phosphatases by phosphorylating ITIM. IL-4R alpha/CD124, Mouse has a transmembrane domain (234-257 a.a). IL-4R alpha/CD124 Protein, Mouse (I26-R233) is produced in HEK293 cells, including a Fibronectin typr III domain (126-224 a.a) and a C-terminal hFC-tag.

IL-4R α 参与不同细胞类型中两种白细胞介素受体的形成。对于I型受体，依赖于IL-4Rα结合IL-4来招募免疫细胞中的IL-2Rγ链。IL-2R γ 是多种白细胞介素受体的常见亚基，参与 IL-15 刺激中性粒细胞的吞噬作用。对于II型受体，依赖IL-4Rα结合IL-4来募集IL-13Rα1链。IL-13R α 1 是非免疫细胞中常见细胞因子受体 γ 链的替代辅助蛋白^[2][3]。
小鼠 IL-4R α 蛋白中的氨基酸与人类 (52.82%) 和大鼠 (53.35%) 的同源性较低。
需要补上 IL-4 R α 通过交替剪接或蛋白水解生成可溶形式，维持配体结合特性并抑制 IL-4 生物活性。IL-4 R α 可溶性亚型 1 可以通过金属蛋白酶在细胞表面进行蛋白水解裂解（脱落）来产生^[4]。
IL-4 R α 在 Th2 中发挥重要作用- 免疫反应偏向、巨噬细胞活化、粘膜免疫、过敏性炎症、肿瘤进展和动脉粥样硬化^[5]。

IL-4 R alpha plays a key role in the control of RSV-induced lung injury by alternatively activated macrophages, and induces AA-Mφ differentiation^[6].
IL-4 R alpha deficiency, in IL-4R alpha^-/- RSV infected mice model, leads to strong inflammation in the lungs compared with control^[6].

IL-4 R alpha is regulated by IFN-beta in response to RSV (severe respiratory syncytial virus), exhibits sustained proinflammatory cytokine production^[6].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
