IL-5R alpha protein is a cytokine receptor that is expressed on eosinophils, basophils and B cells and is involved in inflammation and immune regulation.IL-5R alpha Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is expressed by HEK293 cells and is a transmembrane protein (F343-C362) with His-Avi tags^[1][3].

IL-5R α 是一种 I 型细胞因子受体，由两条不同的多肽链 α 和 β 组成。α 链是一种穿膜糖蛋白，可特异性结合 IL-5，β 链可将低亲和力 IL-5R 转化为高亲和力 IL-5R，形成异二聚体受体复合物^[1]。
IL-5R α 与 IL-5 结合后可诱导多种细胞内信号通路的激活，包括 JAK/STAT、RAF/MAP、Ras-Raf-ERK 和磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶^[2] .
IL-5R α 在嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和 B 细胞上表达，影响细胞存活、凋亡、分化和趋化性^[3]。

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When immobilized Human IL-5 His at 0.5 μg/mL (100μL/Well) , can bind biotinylated Human IL-5 R alpha His and the EC₅₀ is 0.12 ug/mL.
