Nectin-2, a poliovirus receptor-related 2 protein, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig gene superfamily. Nectin-2, also known as CD112, is an adhesion molecule involved in the formation of cell junctions and interactions with other Nectin-family molecules. Nectin-2/CD112 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Nectin-2/CD112 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of Nectin-2/CD112 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is 329 a.a., with molecular weight of ~37.2 KDa.
