Nectin-3/CD113 蛋白, Human (HEK293, Fc)

Nectin-3/CD113 is a multifunctional cell adhesion protein that mediates cell-cell interactions through heterophilic trans binding to nectin-like proteins or nectins. It interacts with NECTIN2 at the Sertoli cell-spermatocyte junction and triggers CDC42 and RAC small G protein activation through common signaling molecules such as SRC and RAP1. Nectin-3/CD113 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived Nectin-3/CD113 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
