PVR/CD155 蛋白, Rhesus macaque (343a.a, HEK293, His)

PVR/CD155 Protein, Rhesus macaque (343a.a, HEK293, His) is a recombinant rhesus macaque CD155 expressed in HEK 293 cells with a His tag at the N-terminus. CD155 Protein plays a role in cancer cell invasion and migration^[1][2].

PVR/CD155，也称为人脊髓灰质炎病毒受体 (PVR)，是免疫球蛋白 (Ig) 样分子亚家族的成员，由 N 端可变结构域、随后的两个恒定结构域、单个跨膜结构域组成区和可变长度的细胞质尾。CD155 结合细胞外基质蛋白玻连蛋白，从而介导细胞与基质的接触。CD155 的胞质尾部与网格蛋白接头复合物的 μ1B 亚基相互作用，导致 CD155 在极化上皮细胞中定向转运^[1][2]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
