SFRP1 Protein is a secreted glycoprotein member of the SFRP family. SFRP1 Protein can act as an inhibitor of Wnt signaling and is capable of resisting vascular cell proliferation. SFRP1 Protein consists of 314 amino acids (M1-K314). SFRP1 Protein, Mouse (CHO, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived SFRP1 protein, expressed by CHO , with C-10*His labeled tag. The total length of SFRP1 Protein, Mouse (CHO, His) is 283 a.a., with molecular weight of ~32.6 kDa.

Measured by its ability to inhibit Topflash reporter activity in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is typically 0.4-2 μg/mL in the presence of 300 ng/mL of Recombinant Mouse Wnt-3a.
