描述

The Vps29 protein is an important component of the reverse transcriptase cargo-selective complex (CSC), which prevents mispairing of transmembrane cargo proteins leading to lysosomal degradation. It coordinates retrograde transport from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network through distinct pathways involving the SNX-BAR, SNX3, and SNX27 retrosome complexes. Vps29 Protein, Human (His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived Vps29 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-Strep, N-6*His labeled tag.
