ABI2 Antibody (YA2840) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to ABI2.
研究背景

ABI2 是调控细胞运动和粘附过程中肌动蛋白细胞骨架（actin cytoskeleton）动态的关键因子。作为 WAVE 复合体（WAVE complex）的组成成分，它通过激活肌动蛋白成核机器 Arp2/3 促进片状伪足（lamellipodia）形成。同时，ABI2 作为非受体酪氨酸激酶 ABL1 和 ABL2 的调节因子和底物，参与细胞生长和分化相关过程（by similar）。在神经元中，它调控树突棘（dendritic spine）形态发生，可能促进与记忆相关的大型蘑菇型树突棘（mushroom-type spines）形成（by similar）。此外，ABI2 参与上皮细胞新生粘附连接（adherens junction）组装，并在晶状体形态发生中可能通过调控片状伪足驱动的粘附连接形成发挥作用（by similar）。

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from K562 (lane 1, 15 μg), Hela (lane 2, 15 μg), Mouse brain (lane 3, 15 μg), and Rat brain (lane 4, 15 μg) using ABI2 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:20000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
