AKAP95 Antibody (YA2696) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to AKAP95.
研究背景

AKAP95 是一种 A 激酶锚定蛋白 (A-kinase anchoring protein)，主要介导 cAMP 依赖性蛋白激酶 (PKA type II) 的亚细胞区室化 (by similar)。该蛋白通过将有丝分裂染色体上的 PKA 信号复合物锚定，维持整个有丝分裂过程中染色体的凝聚状态。AKAP95 可独立于 PKA 锚定功能招募凝聚素复合体亚基 NCAPD2 至染色体，参与染色质凝聚过程。此外，它通过招募 HDAC3 促进组蛋白 H3 的去乙酰化和磷酸化，参与细胞周期 G2/M 期转换调控。AKAP95 还参与核糖体 RNA 转录调控、Toll 样受体信号转导调节，并在 LPS 诱导的巨噬细胞活化早期阶段通过靶向 PKA 至 NFKB1 抑制 TNF-α 表达 (by similar)。
