ARPC2 Antibody (YA2152) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to ARPC2.

ARPC2 是 Arp2/3 复合体的肌动蛋白结合组分，该复合体是一种多蛋白复合物，能够在 nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) 刺激下介导肌动蛋白聚合。Arp2/3 复合体在细胞质中促进分支状肌动蛋白网络的形成，为细胞运动提供动力，并似乎与母体肌动蛋白丝接触。此外，除了在细胞质骨架中的作用外，Arp2/3 复合体还促进细胞核内的肌动蛋白聚合，从而调控基因转录和受损 DNA 的修复。该复合体通过促进核内肌动蛋白聚合来驱动双链断裂 (DSBs) 的移动，从而在 DNA 损伤时促进同源重组 (HR) 修复。

  Western blot analysis of extracts from C6 (lane 2(20μg) , NIH/3T3 (lane 3(20μg) , Hela (lane 4(20μg),using ARPC2 Antibody. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using ARPC2 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
