Cofilin Antibody (YA1311) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Cofilin.
研究背景

Cofilin 是一种能够结合 F-actin 并表现出 pH 敏感的 F-actin 解聚活性的蛋白质。它与 subcortical maternal complex (SCMC) 共同作用，通过调节 actin 动力学，在受精卵突破第一次胚胎细胞分裂过程中发挥关键作用。此外，Cofilin 对于有丝分裂纺锤体的中央化和受精卵的对称分裂是必需的 (By similarity)。它在调节上皮细胞的细胞形态和细胞骨架组织中发挥作用，并且对于非典型趋化因子受体 ACKR2 从内体区室上调到细胞膜是必需的，从而增强其趋化因子摄取和降解效率。Cofilin 还参与神经管形态发生和神经嵴细胞迁移 (By similarity)。
