CSK Antibody (YA2742) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to CSK.

CSK 蛋白是一种非受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶，在细胞生长、分化、迁移和免疫反应的复杂调节中发挥着关键作用。它通过磷酸化位于 Src 家族激酶 (SFK)（例如 LCK、SRC、HCK、FYN、LYN、CSK 或 YES1）C 末端尾部的酪氨酸残基来实现此目的。这种磷酸化事件诱导 SFK 的磷酸酪氨酸尾部和 SH2 结构域之间的分子内相互作用，从而产生非活性构象。为了抑制 SFK，CSK 通过与邻近的跨膜蛋白或衔接蛋白结合而被募集到质膜上。CSK 通过磷酸化 FYN 或 LCK 等多种正效应子并将其维持在非活性状态，从而在抑制各种表面受体（包括 T 细胞受体 (TCR) 和 B 细胞受体 (BCR)）信号传导方面发挥着至关重要的作用，从而调节关键的细胞反应。

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Rat spleen tissue using CSK Antibody (YA2742). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (HY-P82997, 1/100) in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
