研究背景

Cytokeratin 5/6 是一种表皮特异性 type I keratin，参与伤口愈合过程。其主要功能是在伤口修复后激活毛囊角质形成细胞（follicular keratinocytes），但对角质形成细胞的增殖或迁移影响较小。该蛋白通过抑制 SRC 的活性参与调控上皮细胞迁移（epithelial migration）。
