DKC1 Antibody (YA1750) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to DKC1.

DKC1 是 H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) 复合物的催化亚基，负责催化 rRNA 的假尿苷化（pseudouridylation），这一过程涉及尿苷的异构化，使得核糖随后连接到 C5 而非正常的 N1。每个 rRNA 可包含多达 100 个假尿苷（'psi'）残基，可能有助于稳定 rRNA 的构象。DKC1 是核糖体生物合成和端粒维持所必需的，同时也参与端粒酶逆转录酶（TERT）全酶 RNA 组分 TERC 的正确加工或核内运输。此外，DKC1 促进细胞间及细胞与基质的黏附，提高细胞增殖速率并导致细胞角蛋白（cytokeratin）的过度表达。

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from SW480 (lane 1, 20 μg), HeLa (lane 2, 20 μg), HepG2 (lane 3, 20 μg), and Jurkat (lane 4, 20 μg) using DKC1 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P2804, 1:5000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
