DYNLL1 Antibody (YA2724) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to DYNLL1.

DYNLL1 是 cytoplasmic dynein 1 复合体的非催化辅助组分之一，参与将 dynein 与货物及调控其功能的适配蛋白连接 (by similar)。该复合体作为马达蛋白驱动囊泡和细胞器沿微管逆向运输 (by similar)，并可能参与细胞骨架结构的空间分布调控 (by similar)。此外，DYNLL1 作为蛋白相互作用适配体，可抑制或隔离靶蛋白。在 DNA 损伤响应中，其 Ser-88 磷酸化后被 TP53BP1 招募至 DNA 双链断裂处，通过破坏 MRE11 二聚化抑制 DNA 末端切除；未磷酸化时则促进 Shieldin 复合体募集。DYNLL1 能结合并抑制神经元型一氧化氮合酶 NOS1 的活性 (by similar)，增强 ESR1 的转录激活功能并调控其核定位，同时通过将 BCL2L11 隔离至微管调控凋亡——当凋亡信号触发时，BCL2L11-DYNLL1 复合体脱离 dynein 转位至线粒体，中和 BCL2 的抗凋亡活性。
