FOXO4 Antibody (YA426) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to FOXO4.

FOXO4 是一种转录因子，参与调控胰岛素信号通路。它能结合胰岛素反应元件 (IREs) 并激活 IGFBP1 的转录。FOXO4 下调 HIF1A 的表达，并抑制缺氧诱导的 HIF1A 调控基因的转录激活。此外，它还参与细胞周期的负调控。在胚胎干细胞 (ESCs) 中，FOXO4 通过激活 PSMD11 的表达来增加蛋白酶体活性，从而促进 26S 蛋白酶体的组装，进而提高蛋白酶体活性。

  Western blot analysis of extracts from Ramos(lane 2(10μg) and Ramos(lane 3(5μg), Jurkat(lane 4(5μg) ) and Jurkat(lane 5(10μg) ) using FOXO4(HY-P80134) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P80134, 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80954, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
