Heparanase 1 Antibody (YA1601) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Heparanase 1.
研究背景

Heparanase 1 是一种 endoglycosidase，能够将 heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) 切割为 heparan sulfate 侧链和核心 proteoglycans。它参与 extracellular matrix (ECM) 的降解和重塑，选择性切割 glucuronic acid 单元与携带 3-O-sulfo 或 6-O-sulfo 基团的 N-sulfo glucosamine 单元之间的连接键。在酸性条件下（如肿瘤侵袭或炎症过程中）激活，促进与转移、伤口愈合和炎症相关的细胞迁移。此外，它还能增强 syndecans 的脱落，促进骨髓瘤中的内皮侵袭和血管生成，并通过 lipid rafts 诱导 AKT1/PKB 磷酸化来增加细胞运动性和侵袭性。Heparanase 1 还通过上调 SRC 介导的 VEGF 激活来促进血管生成，并参与毛囊内根鞘分化和毛发稳态调控。
