HtrA2/Omi Antibody (YA5333) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to HtrA2/Omi.

HTRA2/OMI 是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，对非特异性底物 β-酪蛋白表现出蛋白水解活性。它通过多种机制在细胞死亡诱导中发挥关键作用。一种机制涉及直接结合和抑制 BIRC 蛋白（凋亡蛋白抑制剂，IAP），从而导致 caspase 活性增强。或者，HTRA2/OMI 可以通过 BIRC 抑制独立、半胱天冬酶独立途径（依赖于其丝氨酸蛋白酶活性）诱导细胞死亡。此外，在细胞凋亡过程中，它会裂解 THAP5，促进其降解。值得注意的是，异构体 2 似乎缺乏蛋白水解活性。
