Integrin beta 3 Antibody (YA336) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Integrin beta 3.

CD61 是整合素 α-V/β-3 (ITGAV:ITGB3) 和 α-IIb/β-3 (ITGA2B:ITGB3) 的组成部分。ITGAV:ITGB3 可作为多种配体的受体，包括 cytotactin、fibronectin、laminin、matrix metalloproteinase-2、osteopontin、osteomodulin、prothrombin、thrombospondin、vitronectin 和 von Willebrand factor，并参与 CX3CL1、NRG1、FGF1、FGF2、IGF1、IGF2、IL1B、PLA2G2A、FBN1 和 CD40LG 的信号传导。ITGA2B:ITGB3 则主要识别 fibronectin、fibrinogen、plasminogen、prothrombin、thrombospondin 和 vitronectin，并在血小板活化后介导血小板聚集 (By similarity)。此外，ITGAV:ITGB3 在突触传递和可塑性中发挥作用，调控血清素转运和 AMPAR 内吞。它还作为多种病毒的受体，包括 Herpes virus 8/HHV-8、Coxsackievirus A9、Hantaan virus、Cytomegalovirus/HHV-5、Human parechovirus 1 和 West nile virus。在 HIV-1 感染中，它与病毒 Tat 蛋白相互作用可能促进 Kaposi's sarcoma 的血管生成。

  • Western blot analysis of extracts from U87(lane 2(20μg) or lane 3(40μg)) and HUVEC(lane 4(20μg) or lane 5(40μg)), using Integrin beta 3 (HY-P80419) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P80419, 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80954, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
