IQGAP1 Antibody (YA2388) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA2388), targeting IQGAP1, with a predicted molecular weight of 189 kDa (observed band size: 180 kDa). IQGAP1 Antibody (YA2388) can be used for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC experiment in human, mouse background.
研究背景

The related gene encodes a member of the IQGAP family. The protein contains four IQ domains, one calponin homology domain, one Ras-GAP domain and one WW domain. It interacts with components of the cytoskeleton, with cell adhesion molecules, and with several signaling molecules to regulate cell morphology and motility. Expression of the protein is upregulated by related gene amplification in two gastric cancer cell lines.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Hela (lane 1, 20 μg), HUVEC (lane 2, 20 μg), Jurkat (lane 3, 20 μg), 293T (lane 4, 20 μg), 293 (lane 5, 20 μg), and Mouse thymus (lane 6, 20 μg) using IQGAP1 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:5000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
