Leptin Receptor Antibody (YA2493) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Leptin Receptor.
研究背景

Leptin Receptor 是激素 LEP/leptin 的受体（Probable）。在配体结合后，通过激活不同的信号通路如 JAK2/STAT3 和 MAPK cascade/FOS，介导 LEP 的中枢和外围效应。在下丘脑中，LEP 作为食欲调节因子，通过诱导 anorexinogenic factors 并抑制 orexigenic neuropeptides，减少食物摄入并增加能量消耗，同时调节骨量和下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺激素的分泌（By similarity）。在外周组织中，LEP 增加基础代谢，影响生殖功能，调节胰腺 β 细胞功能和胰岛素分泌，具有促血管生成作用，并影响先天和适应性免疫。能量稳态和 melanocortin 产生的控制（通过 STAT3 信号通路介导）与 NPY 的调节、生育能力、生长和葡萄糖稳态的调控不同。Leptin Receptor 还通过抑制臂旁核神经元调节低血糖的反调节反应，并对 T 淋巴细胞反应具有特异性影响，差异调节 naive 和 memory T 细胞的增殖（By similarity）。此外，Leptin Receptor 可能介导 LEP 穿过血脑屏障的运输，结合 LEP 并介导其内化，但不诱导 STAT3 的磷酸化和激活，同时拮抗 Isoform A 和 isoform B 介导的 LEP 结合和内化。
