LGI1 Antibody (YA2885) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to LGI1.

LGI1 是一种调节由 KCNA1、KCNA4 和 KCNAB1 组成的电压门控钾通道的蛋白质。它通过阻止 KCNAB1 亚基介导的通道关闭来减缓通道失活。LGI1 是 ADAM22 的配体，能够正向调节由 AMPA 型谷氨酸受体介导的突触传递（by similar）。此外，它通过磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶/ERK 通路抑制 MMP1/3 的产生，并可能在神经母细胞瘤细胞存活的调控中发挥作用。

• 
  Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela(lane 2(20ug) and Hela(lane 3(40ug) using LGI1 Antibody (HY-P83140) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Rat brain tissue using LGI1 Antibody (YA2885). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (HY-P83140, 1/100) in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
