RPA32/RPA2 Antibody (YA6180) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to RPA32/RPA2.

RFA2 是异源三聚体复制蛋白 A 复合体 (RPA/RP-A) 的组成部分，能够结合并稳定 DNA 复制或 DNA 应激期间形成的单链 DNA 中间体。它防止这些中间体重新退火，同时募集并激活参与 DNA 代谢的不同蛋白质和复合物，因此在 DNA 复制和细胞对 DNA 损伤的响应中发挥关键作用。在 DNA 损伤响应中，RPA 复合体调控 DNA 修复和 DNA 损伤检查点激活，并通过募集 ATRIP 激活 DNA 损伤响应的主要调控因子 ATR 激酶。它还在 DNA 损伤时招募双链断裂修复因子 RAD51 和 RAD52 至染色质，并募集 XPA 和 XPG 等核苷酸切除修复相关蛋白至损伤位点，支持该修复机制。此外，RFA2 可能通过与 UNG 的相互作用参与碱基切除修复 (BER)，并募集参与复制叉重启的 SMARCAL1/HARP 至 DNA 损伤位点。它还可能参与端粒维持，并刺激 BRIP1/FANCJ 的 5'-3' 解旋酶活性。

  Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hela cells labeling RPA32/RPA2 with RPA32/RPA2 Antibody (HY-P86488) at 1/200 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining for 10 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with RPA32/RPA2 Antibody (HY-P86488) at 1/200 dilution in QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining at 4 ℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L（HY-P8002, Green) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
