VASP 抗体 (YA018)

VASP Antibody (YA018) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to VASP.

VASP 是一种与肌动蛋白 actin 相关的蛋白质，参与依赖于细胞骨架重塑和细胞极性的多种过程，如轴突导向 axon guidance、片状伪足 lamellipodial 和丝状伪足 filopodial 的动态变化、血小板激活 platelet activation 以及细胞迁移 cell migration。VASP 能够促进肌动蛋白丝 actin filament 的延伸，保护生长中的肌动蛋白丝 barbed end 免受封端蛋白 capping 的影响，并在封端蛋白存在的情况下提高肌动蛋白聚合 actin polymerization 的速率。此外，VASP 通过促进 profilin 结合的肌动蛋白单体 actin monomers 向生长中的肌动蛋白丝 barbed end 转移来刺激肌动蛋白丝的延伸。它在单核细胞增生李斯特菌 Listeria monocytogenes 的宿主细胞内基于肌动蛋白的运动性中发挥作用，并调节血小板中的肌动蛋白动力学 actin dynamics，在调控血小板聚集 platelet aggregation 中起重要作用。

  Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela(lane 2(20μg) or lane 3(40μg)) and MCF-7(lane 4(20μg) or lane 5(40μg)), using VASP (HY-P80368) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P80368, 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80954, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
